• Sales management: reviewing RFP, asking for Quotations and preparing design, SoC, BoQ & Project plan.
• Design Microwave links: LOS, Link budget, Frequency planning, Quality and availability using Pathloss 4.0 & 5.0, MLperf.
• Expert in Ericsson TRX (Mw, Fiber) Equipment: Mini-link (TN 4, 5, LH, CN 500, 210, 510, PT 2020, E, HC), OMS 800, SPO 1400 and SOEM (NMS).
• Expert in Land mobile radio systems, Hytera: Tetra & DMR terminals, Base Stations, NMC, dispatcher & DVRS.
• Expert in UHF links design, configuration and operations: 4RF Aprisa XE and Satel.
• Roll-out and implementation management.
• Customer Support: O&M and Managed Services.
• Training: Preparing and conducting training courses in Microwave & Fiber network principles.
Projects and achievements:
• 2009-2017 - Designed, implemented and maintained Ericsson Enterprise Microwave Projects in Jordan: PSD, Darak, Aseza, Military, JEPCO, Refinery, Visa, Talal Abu-Ghazaleh.
• 2015 - Conducted Training course for Pakistani Air Force in IslamAbad and for other Ericsson customers in Lebanon, Dubai and Jordan.
• Jan-Nov 2016 - Great Amman Municipality DMR Tier III project, Jordan
Site survey, TRC applications and Deployment for 7 base Stations, dispatcher, MSO, NMC, 300 terminals and 6 UHF link (4RF).
• Jan-June 2016 - PSD DMR Tier III project, Jordan
Implementation for 6 DMR base stations, MSO, NMC, DVRS, TETRA Gateway, PSTN gateway, 3 Dispatcher, AVL, 25 Mobile base station inside cars and 100 handhelds.
• Apr - Dec 2014 - Zain FTTH project, Jordan
Design of cables network, street cabinets & splitter locations.
Implementation of Micro-trenching, Micro-Ducts, Micro-Cables blowing, jointing, termination and testing of fiber cables.
Configuring ONT's, testing the service and the internet speed.
• Feb.2010 - Libyan CCTV system for 26 cities project, Libya
Field survey for 26 cities in Libya, Microwave network design study for 1200 links, Project Implementation Plan, Pilot project to cover some streets with CCTV cameras using Wi-Max technology.

• Participated in the Microwave network design using Pathloss, LOS survey, links configuration and acceptance.
• Worked on Wi-MAX RF, Microwave links, core network and NMS tool ProVision.
Projects:
• Wi-Max coverage expansion project for Amman Area, Jordan.
