PNB DRS (Disaster Recovery Site) backup for the Data Center monitoring six zones of the PNB which include almost 900 links of PNB. DRS give the (24x7) support to the customers.
PNB branches & their ATM will access the Finacle, MIS server for their transaction on regular basis.
Leased Line maintenance/Procurement/Commissioning responsibility.
Routers Configuration and Network Troubleshooting.
Routers IOS up gradation in all routers connected to ZNC and NC as per requirement.
Technical support to customers all over India.
NOC Monitoring through Multiping, Solar Winds, Net console, What up Gold etc.
Preparing Network Diagram, Link Utilizations Report & Technical Report.
Technical Support Follow up for the pending/current 2Mbps, 10 Mbps, 90Mbps links .
Troubleshooting ISDN, Leased lines & LAN issues.
Onsite/Offsite Technical support to customers.
Weekly basis capturing the running configuration of all branches.
Weekly basis capturing the CPU and Memory Utilization, Bandwidth Utilization of Core Routers and Core Links.
Proactive monitoring of all PNB branches via NMS tools like Multiping, Network Performance Monitor, What’s up Gold etc.
Maintenance of Leased Lines & ISDN BRI & PRI for PNB customers with of various bandwidths viz. LL - 64Kbps, 128Kbps, 512Kbps, 2Mbps & ISDN - 128Kbps - It involves troubleshooting of the lease line & ISDN for errors and complete failure and accordingly co-coordinating with the Exchange people & FM engineer at the respective ZNC / NC’s.
Providing primary Level support to remote Engineers. Troubleshooting of LAN related problem at Remote location.
