I start working as support engineer for company customers in Lebanon for 2 years, during this time I improve my skills in the following fields:

- Windows 98\XP\Vista\Window 7
- Design and developing Reports using Crystal Report
- Windows Server 2000 & 2003
- Office 97-2000-2007
- SQL Server 2000/2005 & 2008 R2
- Adobe Photoshop
-Gain various Knowledge in the following Fields:
Accounting - Inventory - Billing - Reception Duties - Insurance Companies - Network - Hospital Management System - Laboratories - Communications Skills- Training Skills
- Ability to Analyze End-Users Needs to support him and give him necessary instructions to finish their duties

Later I represent the company in Syria, Egypt, KSA, and UAE. During this time I improve my skills in the following Fields:

4. Prepare Surveys & Reports for both End users and Stakeholders

Currently, I'm working on 2 Projects in KSA (MOI Hospitals and Qassim University), my duties are:

- Manage Sites engineers in MOI Hospital
- Supervises and Monitors the operations and performance of site engineers in hospitals
- Take necessary actions to improve site engineers’ skills to finish tasks required from them in each site
- Monitors End Users in each Hospital and prepare plan to improve skills by training each Department
- Prepare Reports about Work Progress in each site and raise it to MOI
- Communicate with stakeholders and keep them up-to-date
- Prepare weekly and monthly Reports To be raised to General Manager
- Train Site engineers on new Products.
- Review Training Materials
- Prepare and Review Manuals for End Users
