Responsibilities: • freight Management; International and local Carriers, In-house Transportation, Customs Clearance

GSC Dammam (Shipping Line / Tank operation) -5 Years & 4 Months
Responsibilities:
• In charge of import & export documentation operations / manifestation / invoices follow-up
• Preparing import cargo manifest of ( RCL & Tanks) once received from POL Sending cargo arrival notifications to Consignee's. Booking of Riyadh bound containers with RCT based on the manifest instruction sending all Riyadh doc to RCT (Railway container terminal) & RDP (Riyadh dry port) + freight manifest. Booking CFS /Bonded Area Containers with IPS based on manifest instruction.
• Preparing EDI text file from Afsys same forwarding to file uploaded.
• Handled Vessel operation RCL, maintaining import & export booking SOS /COC .coordinating with Vessel master maintaining loading plan updating IPS ( International port services) and Port Office
After vessel sailed preparing report & updating all SOS lines on loading and discharge
Preparing Vessel sealing report ( TDR) for SOS & Line principal
• Responsible for all daily port operations related cargo vessels arrival, loading and off loading.
• Monitoring and inspecting all safety requirement during daily operation and handle all daily communication with port authority

(Tank operation) Tank & NVOCC (Non vessel operator container carrier) Customer service: Responsibilities: • Compile rates: truck, rail, and ocean to obtain the optimum mix of cost vs. quality in line with management guidelines.
• Export bookings (with regard to deadlines, letters of credit, and per diem issues)
• Dispatch/Intermodal operations: truck, rail, ocean export.
• Rail operations: billing, routing, and tracking.
• Equipment control: Availability of containers and chassis, inbound and outbound for loading/unloading ensuring cost effectiveness as well as scheduling.
•Documentation: Efficient procedures in line with general freight forwarding, customs, and other government regulations as well as in accordance with customers' instructions,
letters of credit, bank drafts, etc.
• Customer service: Dealt directly with customers regarding discrepancies in documentation, routing, and container information.
•Return of all phone calls and e-mails in a timely and proper manner.
