Responsibilities:-

Responsible forecasting activities of sales revenue phasing based on various input and compare with AOP and discuss with team

Partner with operations to analyse Capacity and Manpower planning as per given sales AOP / Forecast for the year & discuss challenges

Coordinate with CS / operation for smooth delivery of customer to achieve our OTTR level, reduce Past due and Back Order

Responsible for Maintain Inventory Level align as per AOP / forecast


Duties:-

Develop demand forecasts revenue phasing with sales, marketing and open order trends.
Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast SKU data, statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.
Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
Use and maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool.
Demand quantity convert into supply plan quantity considering with existing stock (netting off) and send to factory for capacity & other planning

Reviews Safety Stock based on SIOP class and trend with team and update in system accordingly

Simulate PVC & other RM as per demand and discuss and build Monthly Inventory Forecast & follow up with team

Organize supply plan meeting with team and discuss related issue with actions and follow up & escalate as per needed

Continuous review monitor metrics of Inventory, OTTR, Past dues, SS attainment in order to main customer on time delivery and follow up concern
Review & update IOS SKU wise internally and update to finance
Review & Analyze PFEP report, discuss recommendation in system and send pack to external Auditor for validate & review
Actively participate and engage in annual planning events, Annual Operating Plans (AOP), NPI and Phase-outs.
Actively involved in all related HOS & HSE meeting of the site related to SIOP & Inventory
Plan, Manage & update Physical Count with team as per srategy
Review and update Key Performance Indicator, A3 project, Improvement Plan and Standard Operating System of work by monthly / quarterly
Back up / cover up Sourcing Leader job in case of his / her vacation & out of office
