Lead a cross functional team of 15 members to execute telecom projects. Supervise and monitor them to ensure quality standards are met.
Develop telecom system solutions based on the business requirements provided by customer, Air Bases and Air Force units. Troubleshoot Information Communication Technology issues and find solutions using available assets.
Facilitate the execution of strategic plans regarding telecom solutions within Lebanese Air Force.
Develop Command and Control system between Intel Surveillance Reconnaissance ISR aircraft and operations centers. This project took 5 months to get executed as a result Lebanese Air Force established situational awareness platform to reach successful execution of mission with secure communication.
Implement Aircraft ISR Video Feed Streaming System to Headquarters. After 4 months of planning and execution of this initiative, video received from (ISR) Air Vehicles is streamed to Headquarters Operations Center.
Coordinate with the team members to identify relevant innovative sustainable solutions to overcome the information communication technology issues.
Implement regular, in-depth analyses of the organization's policies and processes to ascertain strengths and shortcomings.
Assist and support the team members by determining the requirements of the project, developing profiling assessment, selection criteria, and facilitating training.
Operated cross-functionally by proactively aiding other departments and team members in order to meet organization needs.
Led 8 technical team members to maintain ground radio terminals, installed at Air Traffic Control Towers and Air Operations Centers.
Collaborated with Lebanese L3 Harris Representatives' technical team to implement RF-7850M Base Stations at operation centers and Air Traffic Control Towers.
Provided technical training to the team to make sure they are at high performance, especially in missions.
Designed policy development with the team members for security compliance with federal requirements.
Designed and implemented the development of applications and tested environment.
Organized and supported the progress of the work with team members while constantly monitoring and delivering value.

Troubleshooted technical issues related Aircrafts' radio terminals in order to keep them operational.

Accomplished Computer Network Design and Implementation to connect Air Base's Technical offices and Aircrafts' maintenance workshops in collaboration with IT department.
Led a team of 4 members to keep records, control, and schedule Aircrafts' maintenance tasks.
Monitored and maintained Symantec endpoint protection server with over 200 clients, troubleshooted and solved related problems. Provided technical support by setting up computer desktops, laptops, and printers.
Assisted the team in terminating network cables and points, and installing computer networks.
Monitored Database Access and also the Active Directory, while monitoring and documenting traffic analysis.
Installed and maintained network peripherals, to include computer systems while setting up of local and remote network infrastructures.
