DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDE:
 Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements.
 Responsible for Warehouse inventory and Logistics problems resolving in a timely manner.
 Arranging Import own FCL console shipment and LCL shipment from China, HK and Taiwan.
 Prepare complete set of export/import shipping documents based on LC and/or other credit terms.
 Maintain a direct relationship with bank pertaining to all export/import procedures and
documentation.
 Get all required documents attested from the relevant authorities, bank, and customs, insurance.
 Complete paperwork for acquiring certifications or lab test reports for the required items.
 Prepare and issue Sales and Purchase Contracts, Certificate of Origin and Customs/Insurance
Declaration, etc.
 Prepare of Bond Transfer and High Seas Sales Agreement.
 Coordinate closely with the logistics and shipping agents for scheduling and bookings shipments.
 Coordinate and liaise with suppliers or buyers to ensure smooth and timely cargo operations.
 Track electronically the status of all the shipments and preparing a report of the same.
 Prepare freight invoices and receipt vouchers for freight received.
 Prepare and submit statistical reports to the management.
 Maintain period wise database for tariffs and handle other trading duties.
 Prepare suppliers’ contracts and getting the same validated and filed.
 Prepare and file all documentation and relevant email correspondences in line with set standards
