Responsible for the whole buying processes for Hamleys own brand as well as other branded toys.
Negotiate contracts, improved prices and terms of business with suppliers.

Stock management, stock analysis stock rotation, and sales analysis.
International and local procurement for over than 50-80 vendors.
Highly analyst skills (Stock analysis, Sales analysis, product turn over, product Flow).
Seek for exclusive and new products for the company.
On-site buying from international toys fairs.
Deep knowledge in the logistic, warehouse, and operational procedures and skills.
Coach and mentoring junior employees.
Ensure that purchased products are competitively priced while margins are kept in line with budgets and business requirement.

Monitor market trends, competitor strategies & market suppliers.
