o New Features Implementation in live network, such as DC-HSDPA, EFD, One Tunnel ( Direct Tunnel) and Iu FLEX (SGSN Pooling, MSC Pooling for 2G and 3G ) to improve the availability, quality and capacity of the Network.
o Inter RNC/Intra RNC NodeB GOU/SPU Migration / Re-parent of NodeBs.
o Huawei RAN15, 14 and 13 versions testing and upgrade for more than 15 RNCs.

o Installation of Nokia Flexi hybrid PDH equipment to increase the Network E1’s capacity to satisfy the Broad Band demand.

•Project Regional Manager responsible for all Eastern region for three month in STC network for all MW Transmission network including many microwave brands

oTroubleshooting, maintenance and Alarm clearance for Nokia equipments includes Nokia, Siemens, Ericsson’s types as (MINI LINK E, MINI LINK TN, MINI LIK HC), P-com, Nera, Harris and Other.
•O&M Team leader for around one year in Zain /NSN managed services as FLM (24/7) for Zain Network in (Makkah and Riyadh Regions) including HAJJ season.
Responsibilities:
otroubleshooting, maintenance and Alarm clearance for Nokia equipments includes PDH (16 E1 Flexi Hopper, 40 E1 XC Flexi Hopper) with CWO, 2G BTS (Flexi EDGE BTS, Mini Ultra BTS), and 3G BTS (Flexi WCDMA).
oVSWR testing using site master.
oTroubleshooting for transmission works and E1 routing and cross connection.
oSolving and follow up all Trouble tickets and updating NOC by activity done.
oDoing the corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance for the Radio equipment ''MW, BTS’’ and environmental equipment ''A/C's, Rectifiers and Batteries''
