A-Concrete Works project Manager:
• Develop and review cost estimates and projections.
• Review the drawings before starting execution.
• Research and advise on the best engineering solution to meet with the client needs and budget.
• Establishing and implementing the Project Plan.
• Managing project resources, manpower, material and equipment.
• Coordinate with other engineers and supporting staff during all stages of project work for conformance to standards and code requirements.
• All communications with Client representatives for the project.
• Producing, checking and verifying all deliverables.
• Managing and documenting all scope and fee changes and other variations.
• Timely reconciliation of invoices
• Prepare weekly reports and follow-up of the project achievement and quality control
B-Precast Concrete Product Manager:
• Managing the Precast department composed of Estimation engineers, Design engineers, production engineers, draughtsman.
• Select the best Precast structural system using hollow core slab, precast prestressed beams, precast prestressed retaining walls, precast columns and precast façade to meet with the client needs and budget.
• Development and preparation of calculation reports, execution drawings and structural construction details.
• Monitoring the Planning, production, delivery and installation of all precast elements.
• All communications with Client representatives for the project
C-Reinforced Concrete Structural Design Manager:
• Managing the Structural department composed of engineers and draughtsman for all assigned projects in accordance with approved Company policies, operating guidelines and procedures and ensure that all projects meet contracts’ budgets, time schedules and approved quality standards supported by calculation reports using international software and codes.
• Select the best structural system solutions using the latest advanced techniques which mainly meet the lowest cost of execution taking into consideration the safety and workability.
• Preparing 3D Models using international software and codes.
• Development and preparation of calculation reports, execution drawings and structural construction details.
• All communications with Client representatives for the project.
