▪ Reporting to CEO and providing advice on the financial implications of business activities.
▪ Managing financial reports related cash, AP, AR, Expenses… etc.
▪ Managing cash flow planning process and ensure funds availability.
▪ Reviewing and ensuring implementation of appropriate internal controls, compliance, and financial procedures.
▪ Overseeing the preparation and communication of weekly, monthly, and annual financial statements.
▪ Administering and reviewing the finalization of corporate office accounts and consolidation of the Group business accounts and ensuring their compliance with the accounting principles.
▪ Collaborating with Human Resources to ensure appropriate legal compliance.
▪ Reviewing all month-end closing activities including general ledger accounts, balance sheet accounts, and overhead cost allocation.
▪ Liaising with external auditors in addition to managing the preparation of all external audits and providing support.
▪ Developing and implementing plans to improve financial reporting, increasing data efficiency, transparency, and accuracy.
▪ In charge of the quarterly and annual budgeting processes by preparing and analyzing financial data.
▪ Building future business plans by accurately projecting financial data.
