JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitored the installation and pre-commissioning process of the Contractor by carrying regular reviewed the various construction drawings and specification for the project
Implementation of QA/QC activities in accordance with approved ITP, Procedures, method statements and other Contract documents.

Responsible for ensuring that all relevant activities are in compliance with the company’s quality management system.
Closely Monitoring Project schedule and progress, alert project management for potential delays and Quality issues to avoid rework and cost of poor quality.
Implement and maintain the project quality system (PQS) to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Review subcontractor or supplier quality documents submittals, Quality plans, inspection Test Plans, procedures.
Continuously monitor quality of work and do inspection on installation, calibration and testing of electrical activities.
Check and review construction, installation sketches and shop drawings, ensure that the
sketches drawings conform to the project specifications and standards.
Monitoring and reporting on the status of implementation of the project quality
management system and its effectiveness.
Identifying and recording quality problems and opportunities for improvement.
