-Following the legal procedures and attaining excellence in customer care.
-Responsible for the direct contact with customers, in order to deliver the targeted level of customer service.
-Supervising the daily cashing up for the tellers, along with spot cashing up during the shift
-Reporting and taking corrective actions on the lost flights.
-In-charge shift manager.
-Train the new hired staff.
-Managing the marketing campaigns for new products including social media, productions, special events and promotions.
-Focal person with producers and other external marketing facilities, e.g. magazines, radio stations.
-Visual merchandising specialist, as per the manufacturer guidelines
-Telemarketing, handling major accounts, e.g. du UAE.
-Follow up and resolve customers’ complaints.
-Identify and overcome customers’ objections.
