- Develop demand forecasts and Lead monthly forecast update meetings.
- Generate Master Production Schedule (MPS) and 6-12 months horizon rolling plan.
- Drive S&OP meeting and ensure executing agreed actions and decisions.
- Perform finished goods external procurement plan.
- Own and monitor End to End finished goods replenishment cycle.
- Own demand planning parameters for finished goods.
- Participate in budget formulations and revisions.
- Manage finished goods Excess and Obsolete inventory.
- Establish finished goods Phase in/Phase out plan.
- Measure, monitor and report key performance metrics (Forecast Accuracy, On time Production performance, Inventory trend … Etc.
- Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple
time horizons.
- Generate Master Production Schedule (MPS) and 6-12 months horizon
rolling plan.
- Establish monthly S&OP briefing and identify gaps and scenarios that must
be presented.
- Manage weekly Master Shipments to distribution centers.
- Prepare and circulate audits on all operations to ensure working according to standards.
- Analyze stations' KPIs and data to identify any problems, create solutions and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Perform different data analysis to reveal stations' problems and highlight their weaknesses, work with them to solve them and improve service to expected level.
Train stations on different domestic and ground operations systems and monitor their awareness and usage for them.
