Projects: Re-implementing of Business Intelligence Platform at BI & Decision Center at Ministry of Justice - KSA
o Performing extensive 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' analysis of the BI platforms.
o Communicating with data warehousing (DW) and BI storage tools to get the data for the visualizations

• Technical support for Ministry of Hajj and Umra (SaudiGDS, Maqam, Eatmarna). • Escalating unresolved problem, issues, or request to the proper team after investigation. • Tools to achieve tasks such as Oracle SQL Developer, Postman, AppDynamics, Kibana, and Services Desk. • Additional Tasks: Assisting the Technical Manager by writing to query to be added in TIPCO Process

• Read & Understand bid, RFQ &RFP to prepare competitive Quotation
• Coordinate with different teams such as purchase and technical team

Covering sales and related activities such as searching for new business opportunities. Working with different teams such as pre-sales and technical team. Reporting to Operational Regional Manager.
