Al-Baha Municipality Inspection System:
Inspection project for buildings, roads and health violations. Which the inspectors can use the mobile app to save any building or factory information. If any violation found, the inspectors can give a violation according the municipality’s standers. I am the analyst, .NET developer and the teamleader.

IT Consultant for RASD System at Jeddah Municipality:
RASD is a system developed using Dynamics CRM to control the performance of the cleaning contractors in Jeddah City. Our role in this project as a consultancy company is to improve and control the contractors companies. My roles:
 launch the system.
 Manage the users and their permissions.
 Manage the system entities.
 Suggest a new features to enhance the system.
 Administer the CRM.

Al Sahara Archiving project:
Develop and analysis a system for archiving all the files and CV’s in Al Sahara holding group to manage them, allow multi user access for it based on permission, and advance searching depends on professions, majors, years of experience, nationality … etc.

ADA (High commission for the development of Arriyadh) inspection system for counting the unlicensed factories in Al Riyadh:
System for collect and control the factories data to count the licensed and the unlicensed factories, to send the results for the municipalities to take an action forward. The management can get full statics, reports and map reports, all of these reports are available for one municipality or more and on quarter or more. My duties were:
 Analysis the project.
 Design and create Oracle DB.
 Develop the system using .NET which contains (users, users types, permissions for each user type -the system managers can control all of them using the system interfaces- and integration with ESRI ArcGIS ... etc).
 Save all the transaction for editing, deletion and adding with time.
 Multi delete levels based on managers’ approval.

• Manage and run the lab in in the northern cities.
• Organize all the lectures in the lab.
• Communicate with universities administrations and lecturers to involve their students with our activities.
• Manage and organize annual events like Jordan Gamming Summit, AppChallenge competition and SouthCamp.
• Manage and Organize universal events like GlobalGameJam, Zanga competition and AppCircus.
• Games programming trainers in XNA, Unity and Construct2 games engines.
