As an experienced HSE leader, I am passionate about driving continuous improvement in safety standards and
operational efficiency. In my current role as Head of HSE, I developed and implemented HSE policies and
guidelines in collaboration with senior management, resulting an improvement in safety compliance and training
completion rates. I also introduced a company-wide HSE communication plan and training program, which led
to reduce minor incidents and increase in employee engagement in safety practices. Previously, as Regional HSE
Manager, I identified key gaps in HSE tools, processes, and training, leading to improved safety performance
and enhanced regulatory compliance. I applied cost-benefit analysis techniques and methodologies like PDCA,
achieving a 30% reduction in safety-related risks and ensuring better alignment with business objectives.
Throughout my career, I have consistently sought to optimize safety systems, reduce risks, and foster a culture of
continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.

- Manage safety and developing with applying safety standards, practices and programs including, development of safety strategies, root cause analysis, research methods.
- Assist the Management to apply new Technology in the development of methods to review entire systems, processes, and operations for failure modes, causes and effects of the entire system process or operation and any subsystem or components
- Establish and implement techniques, which involve cost, cost- benefit analysis, work sampling, loss rate and similar methodologies. Developing methods to evaluate the costs and effectiveness of hazard controls and safety system programs.
- Use (PDCA), 6W2H, and why/why methodologies to achieve the Compelling Business Need.

 Production and planning Supervisor
 Responsible of the heat exchanger utilities (N2 Generator,
Low Air Compressor…)
 Serve as an advisory and technical consultant to staff and
Business Partners regarding environmental safety
management issues to establish and maintain HS&E standards
across the Company.
 Implement an effective industrial waste management
 Monitor and evaluate occupational health and environmental
safety programs to ensure compliance with local and
international regulations
 Prepare and submit reports of various investigations
Conducted affecting the health and safety and initiate develop
and monitor corrective measures to identify casual factors and
determine necessary remedial action so that reoccurrence is
prevented.
 Machines Installation and commission.

 Program and coordinate the periodic and proper disposition of
Controlled, regulated, hazardous and infectious waste
materials to ensure safety of environment and surroundings.
