Undertakes a wide range of repairs on site by analyzing faults, identifying defective parts, replacing or repairing components, motor assemblies.
Look after all types Pneumatics & food manufacture machines.
Have knowledge of gearbox balancing, replacing or repairing, motor assemblies, & alignment, bearing monitoring and changing.
Have good knowledge of reading and understanding mechanical diagrams.
Look after all types single & three phase Motors, Air compressor, high speed warping machine.
Good knowledge in Welding and pipe fitting.
Carried out the monthly maintenance of food Plant, Motors, All Machine Greasing.
Correspondence with the Service providers for the upgrading of Mechanical Instruments.
Maintaining service records etc.
Dealing with the clients, contractor, Suppliers in a nice way.
