Responsibilities:
Providing 24/7 support to more than 40 sites including oracle database versions from 9i to 11g, high availability including RAC and active passive clusters, disaster recovery solutions including oracle dataguard or SAN replication, oracle forms reports 6i and application server from 9 to 11g and weblogic and oracle ebusiness suite .
Building new implementations starting from identifying hardware specifications to installation, configuration and data migration.
Performance tuning to many sites and working with developers to build well tuned applications.
Building backup strategies to restore database in case of failures with minimal downtime.
Oracle database instructor for many courses including database administration 1 11gR2, database administration 2 11gR2, performance tuning 11gR2 and oracle dataguard 11gR2 .

. E-dirham Upgrade project :
In place upgrade production cluster from 11.1.0.7 to 11.2.0.4 with the latest patch 5
Install database software 11.2.0.4 with latest patch 5
Upgrade production database to 11.2.0.4
In place upgrade of reporting cluster to 11.2.0.4 with latest patch 5
Install database software to 11.2.0.4 with latest patch 5
Upgrade reporting database to 11.2.0.4
Install database software 11.2.0.4 on the 2 DR sites with latest patch
Upgrade the 2 DR databases to 11.2.0.4
. ASEZA Project
Installing oracle ebusiness suite r12, with database upgrade to 11.2.0.3 and application upgrade to r12.1.3. Installing Arabic patch with Arabic upgrade to R12.1.3, implementing globalization and building custom application for ASEZA. Participate in upgrade EBS from 11.5.9 to R12.1.3 with migration from hp-ux to IBM .
.Central Jordanian Bank Project
Installing 3 nodes Oracle Extended RAC 11gR2 for 3 databases on hp-itanium, with 2 node RAC for 3 Oracle dataguard .Installing and configuring Cloud Control 12c on OEL. Applying tablespace encryption using transparent data encryption, applying data masking .
. Jordan Kuwait bank encryption project
Transparent Data encryption for 3 databases using tablespace encryption using oracle wallet .
. Arab bank encryption project
Transparent Data encryption for 4 databases using tablespace encryption using oracle wallet .
.CSPD Project
Installing RAC 11gR2 with latest patches on AIX with two active dataguard and migration of 10g production database from hp old system. Installing two nodes forms and reports 11g and weblogic on oracle enterprise linux with latest patches and migration of application from oracle application server 10g for CSPD . Upgrade of portal database with oracle warehouse builder from 10g to 11g.
.Implementing backup strategies and restore procedures for many clients including customs department, CSDP(Civil Status and Passport), The Independent Electoral Commission, The Ministry of Social Development, JAF, JEA, Master Card, Amman-Cairo bank and EMP(VISA), Department of statistics, Jordan Securities Commission and GAM .
.Database maintenance and healthy check for many clients such as customs department, CSDP(Civil Status and Passport), The Independent Electoral Commission, The Ministry of Social Development, JAF, JEA, Master Card, Amman-Cairo bank and EMP(VISA), Department of statistics, GAM, Umniah, Orange, Zain, Ittihad Bank, Jordan Kuwait Bank, ABC Bank, Bindar and MIT.
