Developing PMO methodology.
Developing Agile PMO methodology.
Onboarding projects into PMO tool and cleansing projects.
Aligning projects with OKR for Misk objectives
Manage some of strategy projects to CEO office
Prepare the project weekly report to EP “executive panel” meeting
Following up with projects managers to update projects status
QC to all project information (card, plan, charter, closure)
Training projects managers on PMO methodology.
Providing required support to operate EPM software and Dashboard.
Gathering strategies initiatives data and making sure that all aligned projects fit to the strategy projects

Ensuring project management standards “PMI” are followed by Projects and Programs Managers.
Assessing initiatives creating among the university and linking the sub projects.
Training PMO team on the applying PMI standard and technical skills.
Gathering initiatives and projects data, and providing information for management review.
Continues evaluation of the PMO performance and improving it.
Connecting initiatives and projects to the strategy goals.
Monitoring related projects in the portfolio and making sure that the resources are sharing successfully.
Capturing projects requests and ensuring each request has sufficient information to assess the projects.

• Managing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, including project initiation/proposals, project delivery, stakeholder management, post implementation review and project close out / handover.
• Implementing POPMITERC projects in the AMIDEAST office.
• Identifying, analyzing, measuring and managing IT and education projects risks.
• Preparing budget of technology information department projects.
• Managing CRM project in the field office.
• Managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Helping AMIDEAST Projects managers in managing their department.

- Managing IT Infrastructure projects.
- Preparing the IT budget for all the expense and incoming projects.
- Administrating and managing company’s internal systems (HR, Financial, Warehouse).
- Administrating ITAC inventory INTERMEC system and maintenance Handheld Machines.

- Implementing the ERP project in the sub-factories.
- Providing the upper management with the ERP project report in the weekly based.
- Assisting IT management into implementing IT’s projects systems.
- Training users in implementation of ERP system.
- Administrating ITAC inventory INTERMEC system.
