• Follow up and insure that the projects of the 4th area are as per contracts and time tables.
• Study and approve technical reports and contractors' payments.
• Manage and evaluate the supervising and contractors' technical staff.
• Conduct and lead periodical meetings with both supervising and contractors' engineers to study and solve any technical or contractual problems.
• Approve the contractors' engineers and other tech. careers.
• Approve the materials used in projects.
• Address other ministries and departments concerning these projects.
• Issue substantial and final completion certificates

• Project of constructing neighborhood commercial center + 8 different schools + major mosque + 10 local mosques + health center and other small public buildings in Sabah Al Ahmad City
• Project of constructing infra-structures, roads, car parks, electrical substations and 2 underground irrigation tanks for 504 buildings in Sabah Al Ahmad City
• Project of electrical cables' laying for Qairawan
• Project of constructing schools, mosques and other public buildings + there car parks and infra-structures in Al Naseem township
• Project of constructing schools, mosques and other public buildings + there car parks and infra-structures in Al Wafrah block 1

- FOLLOWING THE EXECUTION OF HOUSING PROJECTS TECHNICALLY AND FINANCIALLY
- MANAGING THE MANPOWER FOR SUPERVISING THESE PROJECTS

Supervising and Assist in management of 3 housing projects ( infrastructure work ) following the progress of work compared with time program and sharing the preparation of contractor payments and the project are:

-Project of maintaining and completing infra-structure and roads works of Qurain main roads
-Project of infra-structures, roads and demarcations for 433 plots in Qurain - sector A2

Direct Supervising infrastructure works of housing projects including : road works, storm water drainage network, sanitary sewer networks, water supply pipelines, telecommunication civil work, electrical main cables ducts, associated survey and earthworks. during this period supervised 5 housing projects as follow:
