Main service center
for Western Region, 45+ work bays, and 55+ (Productive and Nonproductive staff):

- Monitor all the KPIs of the service centers (Workshop & Reception)
- Work to exceed customer expectations, to keep customer satisfaction and retention.
- Facing un-happy customer (Handle the customer's problem)
- Involve in solving legal issues
- Regular meetings with the Reception and Workshop team to make continues improvement and
solving issues of the whole service operation to get done right first time.
- Make everyone's job easy, and build good environment.
- Generate profit, and keep an eye on the financial sheet on monthly basis to study and make the needed correction plan to ensure more profitable workshop.
- Plan and work to get more throughput to the service center.
- Align with the company's vision and image.
- Keep Staff well trained and monitor the Quality.
- Ensure a safety environment in the workshops and that staff follow the safety cautions while working.
- Manage the Mobile Express Care service; a part of my team, to do a remote service for our customers in their locations.
