• Review of proposal specification and drawings and determine scope of work, costing structures and contractual
requirements specific.
• Knowledge of estimation/ extracting quantities from Electrical and Instrumentation drawings/ scope description.

• Analyze the design drawings to prepare Bills of Quantities BOQ and determine the quantities of materials to be
used during construction.

• Applying appropriate rates for man hour, material, equipment, sub‐ contracting etc.
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect or the client, undertaking
cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work assisting in establishing a client's requirements and
undertaking feasibility studies
Asfan Workshop Industrial City :
Review and study electrical shop drawing for MV cables system, Lighting system, LV cables system, Transformer system, and panel board schedule.
Preparing BOQ for the project and give approval for the material according to standards and specs.
Keep daily records for electrical work in the project.
Inspect all permanent works for spec/ drawings compliance.
Check co-ordination with all other services on a daily basis.
Monitor contractor's progress on site.
Carry out regular site inspections.
Review and monitor contractor's shop drawings, materials and method statements.
Carry out daily inspections of the works and sign off the relevant part of the contractor's RFI's in a timely manner.
Raise any non-conformances or poor workmanship with the Senior Electrical Engineer in a timely manner.
Take photos of construction activities /progress and maintain a hard and soft copies.
Check/ watch safety on site and report incidents immediately.
Carry out minimum 2 rounds of general inspections on site per day.
Visit lab/ plant, witness tests, material inspections & review of test results

Handle the tasks of providing effective idea for the Wi-Fi system along the new Cornish in Jeddah.
Responsible for assisting the senior consulting engineer in making design for the electrical drawing and preparing the required bill of quantity for all new projects.
Preliminary study of the inquiry and the basic scope of supply & concept of system.
Understand client’s requirement and basis for the system design and selection.
Detailed study of relevant documents like (Technical specifications, Scope of supply, Exclusion, Process datasheets, P&ID’s, PFD, plot plan, testing and documentation requirements)
Planning, organizing & time management to submit techno-commercial offer to sales dept as per the offer submission schedule.
Process Design/ Mass Balance/ Equipment Parameters.
Sub-supplier correspondences and sourcing:
Sending enquires of major critical components/ items to sub-vendors (according to client’s approved vendor list).Internet web search - to get detail information in order to meet client’s requirement / to search the new supplier for critical items.
Cost estimation of the system, insuring all items are covered in the costing part.
Cost estimation of overheads, services/ manpower required to execute the offered system/ project.
Preparation of detailed technical & commercial offer along with compliance/deviation statement.
Prepare technical offer including deviations/ clarification/ important notes, scope of supply & work, equipment specifications & exclusions.
Prepare commercial offer including price break down & optional prices as per the client’s requirement along with payment terms & conditions, delivery schedule, domestic/ foreign field service policy & other necessary like performance/ equipment warranty, offer validity & confidentiality agreement.
Review the project with the Proposals Manager for comments and approval
Submit the Techno-Commercial offer to the Sales Executives.
Post Order Correspondence with Internal team members :
Prepare handover report for the awarded project.
Prepare rationalized internal proposal including all updated correspondences with the client & sub-supplier.
Prepare detailed and squeezed rationalized estimation sheet.
Handover of the rationalized internal proposal, handover report & rationalized estimation sheet to the project team for further execution of the awarded project
Attend project kick-off meetings.
Assist the project & procurement team during the execution of the project.
Fire alarm system installation and maintenance for all middle east bank branches.
Study power, electronics, logic, and digital courses during five years of study.
