1) Ensure that all minutes of the Board of Directors, internal regulations, and procedures of general assemblies, tenders and auctions in the club operate in accordance with the Sports Law, the guiding regulations for sports clubs and the executive regulations of Law contracts concluded by public authorities.
2) Deputize for the Executive Director in his absence.
3) Provide advice to the CEO and strategic direction for the entire club.
4) Contribute to the training and development of the club's employees.
5) Assisting the Executive Director in achieving maximum satisfaction for club members.
6) Use appropriate administrative and informational systems to manage, analyze and document the club's functions.
7) Preparing monthly reports on the work of all departments in the club and submitting them to the executive director for submission to the club's board of directors.
