Work on the development of the mall and supervise the collection rents and marketing and follow-up maintenance work.
The company was established in 1992 after being awarded the McDonald’s franchising rights for the Central, Eastern and Northern regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting the Director of Real Estate Development in in developing the Real Estate policies and procedures.
• Supporting the Director of Real Estate Development in developing the company's policies and procedures in addition to helping plan for business expansion.
• Supporting the formulation of the yearly development report that is required by the McDonald’s Middle East Head Office.
• Conducting market research, collecting information for the profit and loss model, securing target locations and analyzing data.
• Formulating the feasibility study results in accordance with McDonald's - RICC standards and ensured all queries were addressed.
• Preparing all the required documents to get the McDonalds - RICC’s license as well as leading negotiations to secure key target locations.
• Facilitating the trade area study and contracts negotiation, keeping abreast of any changes in KSA RE practices and trends.
• Conducting business data analysis so as to provide the management with inputs for strategic decision making.
Responsibilities:
• Managed day-to-day functions of all matters pertaining to visa relations, processing of residency visa, labor contracts, applications and renewals to ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law.
• Liaising with the Municipality, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, other government departments and intermediaries in addition to keeping abreast of latest changes in legal framework.
• Recommended changes to optimize current company processes in light of market conditions and assuming responsibility for national security formalities.
• Arranged visas for expatriates and their families, collected all appropriate documentation, organized travel visas for employees as required in addition to responding to employee queries on labor related matters.
• Ensured that all visa, medical and labor permits are up to date and arranging for timely renewal, thus eliminating all hassles associated with the process.
• Assumed responsibility for all other PR functions and serving as official representative of the company throughout KSA.
Responsibilities:
• Researched and initiated new business leads based on market studies and insights.
• Prepared reports on competitors pricing policy, property specifications and positioned projects against the competition and enhance market share.
• Negotiated leases and rental agreements for both residential as well as commercial properties, handled property and leasing management.
• Developed and maintained a long term beneficial relationship with all existing clients and nurtured contacts with future prospects.
• Assumed responsibility for achieving sales targets, prepared leasing contracts and proposals, arranged site visits and attended to enquiries.
• Composed regular leasing activity reports and the status of each negotiation held with potential tenants.
• Kept abreast of future market trends and ensured that strategies were aligned accordingly.
Three years of accounting
The program aims at providing the trainee with necessary skills in practicing works related to accounts. The training in this program takes 1560 hours, in addition to 420 hours of training in the labor market.
