*Review of material submittals, RFIs, Shop Drawings Etc.
*Review of the contractor’s monthly payment certificates and MEP work program.
*Attending the technical and progress meeting with all parties.
*Follow up with local authorities for timely approvals and no objection certificates.
*Review of material and works quality.
*Follow up testing and commissioning for all electrical systems.
*Ensure that all electrical site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per the approved shop drawing, method statements, specification, works plan…etc.
*Attend factory visits, supplier’s plant inspection as required.
*Providing reports and updates to the Assistant Resident Engineers and Project Managers including clients when needed.
*Follow up the contractor’s electrical work site such as:
1. Electrical cable tray and conduits system.
2. Lighting system.
3. Fire alarm system.
4. Communication an d CCTV systems.
Cable pulling.
5. Earthing system.
6. Substation activities and pre-commissioning.
7. Material control.
