Pre-Contracts:
• Review all the Tender documents such as drawings, specifications, BOQ, and all other related documents provided by the Clients/Consultant.
• Send enquiries for all the materials required for every Tender Project.
• Coordinate with Internal Department such as Technical, Planning, and Contracts for all the required information.
• Coordinate with Clients/Consultant all the discrepancies identified during the review of the Tender documents.
• Prepare the Cost Estimates, Cost Analysis for every Tender Project.
• Coordinate with Tendering Manager all the parameters and prices considered in the estimates
Post- Contracts:
• Measuring and valuing Variation Orders (VO's)
• Dealing with the Cost Consultant for reconciliation & closing out variations
• Re-measurement of quantities in BOQ, compares Tender and IFC drawings to highlight the discrepancies.
• Maintain Variation Order Summary to monitor profit/loss of the project

Quantity take-off of architectural and structural quantity of various structures for bidding projects such as High Rise Building, Residential and Commercial Building, hotels and Hospital Bridges, Roads
Preparing tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities.
Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project works.
Conducting site visit and assisting in establishing client’s requirements.
Performing risk assessment and sub-contractor price comparison of the projects.
Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders.
Preparing of technical requirements for the tender projects.
Preparation of cost breakdown and comparison sheet.
Review the tender specification requirements and supplier quotation requirements.
Preparing and sending sub-contractor enquiry and obtain quotations from them.
Documentation and submission of tender.
