Reviewing and checking Materials and Shopdrawings Submittals and Technical Inquiries in addition to all other works related to Mechanical Works
1) Design of mechanical systems including Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems (HVAC), Fire Fighting, Plumbing and Drainage Systems.
2) Preparing Tender Documents ( Specification, Bill Of Quantities and Design Drawings ).
3) Supervising of all the mechanical installations and testing and commissioning of these systems in the projects.
4) Technical study and approval of materials and equipments submitted by the Contractors.
5) Checking Mechanical shop drawings.
6) Checking Mechanical As-Built drawings.
7) Checking interim payments for mechanical works submitted by the contractors.
8) Participation in initial and final handover of the University Projects.
