Formulates, obtains management approval on and oversees the implementation of IT strategic and operational goals including the design and implementation of IT organizational structures and systems that support the organizational needs. Facilitates communications within the SBU and with Corporate in addition to overseeing IT operations and support services to ensure that business needs are complemented by a user friendly and responsive IT service.
