Location: UAE-Dubai Working in Contracting and construction field in TIGER group. Preparing the reports for maintenance work& preparing the maintenance schedules. Prepare the load schedules and getting the approval from Authorities. Complete all Electrical works with the project time schedule. Getting the NOCs and electrical supply for buildings by following DEWA Regulations properly. Preparing the load schedule and getting the approvals and coordination with other services. Prepare shop drawings. Prepare the BOQ for the project for each item in the electrical section. Coordination with civil department for all works including the finishing work. Prepare all the documents for handing over the project to the authorities. Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly progress reports. Coordination with the consultant for submitting the shop drawings, material submittals and asking for inspections by following the specification and statement methods of the project. Knowledge in HVAC, firefighting, fire alarm, plumbing and the coordination between the services. Preparing the payment and breakdown for a completed work. Commitment in project timeline. Knowledge of DEWA & ADQCC rules and regulation.
