• To bring sales for Air, Sea, Warehousing, Clearance & Relocations etc.
• Finding new customers and retaining the existing clients by market identification, sales planning & relationship management.
• LCL, FCL, Air Import / Export, Project cargo & Packers & Movers.
• Coordinating with all departments of organization & customers to keep track of consignment movement.
• Timely Reports preparation, monthly report generation and quarterly ppt presentation.
• Responsible for accounts receivables collections & bad debts resolution.
• Communicating with clients with telesales, face to face meetings & cold calls to maximize revenue & sales growth.
• Identifying, qualifying and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys / lost customer of organisation/ Competition business/ Client references.
• To bring sales for Air documents, parcels & Freight.
• Finding new customers and retaining the existing clients by market identification, sales planning & relationship management.
• Getting incremental business from existing client base by regular visits.
• Updating management on client, area development & competition analysis.
• Coordinating with all departments of organization & customers to keep track of consignment movement.
• Focusing on achieving targets in order to achieve organizations goal.
• Responsible for accounts receivables collections & bad debts resolution.
• Communicating with clients with telesales, face to face meetings & cold calls to maximise revenue & sales growth.
• Responsible for lead generation of prospect clients & regular follow up for on boarding the customers.
• To bring sales for Air Freight, Sea Freight & Road Transportation.
• Develop new clients and retain the existing clients by finding & understanding their needs or requirements to provide them with best shipping & logistics solutions.
• Prepare and attend client meetings to develop good relationship for future business.
• Coordinating with Customers, Forwarders, Shipping lines and overseas agents for end to end Sea, Road & Air Shipment process.
• Overlook on all documents related in movement of cargo including BL / AWB, Manifest, Letter of Credit (LC).
• Managing trailers & truck drivers for GCC land transportation (FTL & LTL).
• Handling Operations, Negotiating with drivers, transport companies to arrange the trailer, follow up & send them to desired destinations, collection of delivery advice and processing for payment.
• To respond to incoming queries and ensure quick service to customers.
Liaise with operator and agents to clarify the issues related to vessel call & Final disbursements
• Monitor the Vessel rotations and appoint the port agents to attend the vessel.
• Coordinating effectively between ship operators and port agents for better and effective business
