•Follow up on outstanding balance by Providing the collector updatedOutstanding statement for clients and follow on collection.
Prepare monthly accounts payable statements to the Financial Manager to issue The cheques to the suppliers
•Prepare monthly reports to the Financial Manager including:
Cost & Sales Report (Sales Analyze), Cash Flow, P&L and receivable aging report.
•Costing the promotional material for imported material.
•Reconcile the balance with suppliers and clients.
•Prepare Trial Balance, General & Administrative Expenses Statement, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable Statement, Depreciations Statement, Income Statement and balance sheet to give it to the auditor at End of Year
•Prepare Monthly Bank Reconciliation, Sales Tax Statement, Depreciations of Assets
•Control of Petty Cash with the Cashier at end of every month by matching the balance of
Cash in my accounts with the actual balance in his safe.
•Knowledge of Governmental stamps & Guarantees.
•Good Knowledge of Budget
•Knowledge of Accounting Software such as:
Visual Dolphin and Jasmine
•Follow up the outstanding clients debtors by
Providing the collector update outstanding statement for clients and follow up him In collection.
•Prepare monthly accounts payable statements to the General Manager to issueThe cheques to the suppliers
•Costing the L/C for imported materials.
•Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
•Prepare sales tax statement & social security and payroll
•Prepare periodic reports for the managers including:
Sales analyze and trial balance…..etc.
•Control of Petty Cash with the Cashier at end of every month by matching the balance of Cash in my accounts with the actual balance in his safe
•Reconcile with suppliers and clients the balances to be sure the balance between eachother is matching
•Handle the inventory at end of year
•Provide The auditor the financial statements & Cash Flows and the depreciations
•Preparing all raw material cost.
•Preparing finish goods cost.
•Control all company stores (Raw material, finish good, packing stores…).
•Supervising the documentary Credits (L/C) dept.
•Preparing all reports for Control stores (reorder level)
