Supervise and manage a team of 10 duct installers and HVAC technicians on commercial construction projects in Saudi Arabia. Oversee fabrication, installation and insulation of GI sheet metal ductwork in accordance with MEP drawings and project specifications. Coordinate installation of fresh air, exhaust air, supply air and smoke duct systems per approved shop drawings. Install and commission FCU, AHU and package units ensuring correct alignment and operational performance. Liaise with project managers, site engineers and MEP subcontractors to ensure timely work execution. Conduct daily toolbox talks, enforce HSE regulations and maintain zero incident record on site. Prepare mark-up drawings for as-built documentation and submit progress reports to management.
