• Lead and manage the complete MEP tendering process including bid strategy, cost estimation, technical
review, and preparation of competitive tender submissions for EPC/EPCIC construction projects.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs to perform accurate quantity take-offs,
cost analysis, and budget estimation for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Develop detailed MEP cost estimates by coordinating with engineering, procurement, and project teams
while evaluating vendor and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
• Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations, risk assessment, and value engineering to optimize
project cost, improve profitability, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare tender documentation including bid proposals, cost breakdowns, clarifications, and commercial
submissions in accordance with client requirements and contract conditions.
• Coordinate with planning and project control teams to align tender schedules, resource planning, and
project execution strategies while supporting contract negotiations and post-award handover to the
project team.
• Mentor and guide MEP estimation engineers and quantity surveyors, ensuring consistent
costing methodology, accurate quantity take-offs, and timely completion of tender deliverables.
• Implement best practices in risk mitigation, cost benchmarking, and supplier/vendor
performance analysis to improve tender competitiveness and align with industry standards for
MEP projects.

• Reviewing Tender Documents and highlighting scope of works to the management and
getting approvals for Purchasing/Participating Tender Bid.
• Sending enquiries for MEP Suppliers, Comparing quotations & Negotiations.
• Raising queries, Coordination with Client/Consultants & Main Contractors.
• Attending Pre-Tender Site Visits.
• Responsible for Costing of HVAC Services and MEP Preliminaries.
• Managing and Guiding MEP Estimators & Quantity Surveyors for costing estimating
Manpower Requirement.
• Finalizing MEP Costing in coordination of Management.
• Submitting Tenders and follow up.
• Preparing Procurement Budget after Award of the job.
