Supervision and control stock inventory, storing, dispatch and receiving
Interface with Telecom Engineers, Site Engineers with regards material plan requirements, request processing and documentations of dispatch and receiving;
Trained and direct Warehousemen, labours and Helpers in the maintenance of stock and cleanliness of the Warehouse;
Conduct periodic inventory and cycle counting to verify correctness of stocks;
Coordinate with Warehouse Manager any issues and works that needs to be resolve;
Coordinate with Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Team with regards to incoming, stock and Dispatch of Repair and Return (RNR) parts / units;
Update records of all units related to Repair and Return (RNR);
Provide accurate reporting of stocks to Warehouse Manager;
Operates Computer for Delivery Notes and Receiving Notes;
