Hold classes as instructor and co-instructor with The Training manager, Update the Training Materials, Conduct Training Audit for the stores, Translate the training materials into arabic language so it can be relevent to our market, Lead the mystery shopping visits for the stores with third party company (review the visits reports, consult with store managers how to improve, and object any visit with violations).
Manage different shifts to serve the customers with the highest level of quality and service, Manage the crew schedule so we can ensure that we have the right amount and quality of people for the different sales trends, Manage cash and safe, control the store expenses and costs to achieve optimum profitability, Train and coach the crew and the fellow managers on the right procedures.
Prepare and discuss the P&L statement for the store with the financial manager and set SMART action plans to improve the P&L lines and save costs.
Help the physically challenged kids to improve thier health.
