• Prepare AACE-compliant cost estimates (Class 5 to Class 1) for chemical cleaning,
mechanical MOC, industrial maintenance, emergency, and LSTK projects.
• Develop conceptual, budgetary, and definitive estimates aligned with project maturity
and client requirements.
• Prepare detailed BOQs, cost breakdown structures (CBS), and pricing models based on
drawings, specifications, and scope definitions.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals in compliance with client standards and
industry best practices.
• Review RFPs, evaluate bid feasibility, and clarify scope, assumptions, and exclusions with
clients.
• Develop Primavera P6 schedules for pre-bid estimation support, turnarounds, and
shutdown planning.
• Support Job Explanation Meetings (JEX) and technical/commercial clarifications.
• Analyze subcontractor quotations, perform technical and commercial evaluations, and
recommend optimized market pricing.
• Identify cost risks, contingencies, and mitigation strategies in line with estimate class.
• Support commercial negotiations with SABIC and Aramco and Affiliates post-bid
clarifications and change order evaluations.

DIVISION : DESIGN, PRODUCTION, ERECTION AND COMMISIONING(E&C). Position : Lead Production Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:
• Ability to function effectively in a team environment, this includes providing back-up support as needed for the clients.
• Interact with the Purchase Department and Acquisition, as necessary.
• Planning and ensuring machinery production, dispatch and installation as per approved drawing and material approvals and act accordingly in line with standards and best practices.
• Attending meetings with client, to make them understand products and giving a brief about company and work progress.
• Preparation, execution & monitoring, testing and commissioning of Heavy Machinery used to set-up plants as per compliance with the plan, standards and schedule.
• Ensuring timeliness in schedule, Project reporting to upper-level managers, Site Co ordination, Client Meeting-Presentation and team supervision.
• Measurements of work, Extra items with Rate analysis & Deviation Etc.
• Monitor consumption of material with respect to the ordered materials. Maintaining a system of documentation for monitoring the productivity of teams.
• Maintaining / checking stock of required materials in the factory.
• Material inspection with its test certificates and invoice as per requirement.
• Inspecting the execution according to approved drawing.
• Testing and commissioning of installed plants and to check serviceable needs of previously installed machinery plants.
• Testing like Decibel test, Vibration test, Pressure test for hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Planning for inspection of the system with all check-lists while execution while commissioning.
