• Managed LEPCC & BEPCC phases for the Sarawak Methanol Plant (~USD 1 billion),
achieving mechanical completion, commissioning, and RFSU.
• Coordinated multidiscipline engineering teams (process, piping, mechanical, civil, E&I,
HSE, operations) during FEED and execution phases.
• Developed and implemented project execution strategies, schedules, WBS, and
resource plans in collaboration with planning teams.
• Controlled project costs, budgets, variations, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with
approved business cases.
• Led contract management activities, including change management (MOC), variation
orders, claims assessment, and contractor performance monitoring.
• Managed EPC contractors and licensors (including international EPCs) to ensure
compliance with GCOC, specifications, quality, HSSE, and schedule requirements.
• Oversaw procurement of long-lead equipment, technical bid evaluations, and vendor
