1. Achieve the successful expediting of a Purchase Order by a member of the
Procurement team.
2. Make sure that supplier meet the agreed contractual delivery date.
3. Maintain up-to-date expediting information in Procurement System (BPS)
database.
4. Perform closeout of the PO’s.
5. Accelerate the progress of the supplier’s work in details.
6. Investigate the causes to help find solutions that will minimize any schedule delay.
7. Attend kick-off meeting and all clarification meetings.
8. Expedite the processing of subcontracts in Material approval request (MAR),
drawings, raw material, fabrication, manufacturing and Delivery stages.

6. Making sure that all procurement and contracting activities are carried out in
accordance with legislation & company policy.
7. Monitoring the performance of staff and holding appraisals.
8. Make site survey to ensure the materials and delivery status, and to make sure
that the materials and equipment in good condition.
9. Facilitate the availability, quality, and quantity of materials and equipment for the
project at reasonable cost.
10.Attending weekly meetings with all department Engineers and the Procurement
Manager to ensure the work progress.

1. Scheduled materials and equipment purchases coordinating with suppliers.
2. Planning, designing, and supervising construction projects including but not limited
to HVAC, Firefighting, Pluming, etc.
3. Applying logical and creative thinking for resolving design and development issues.
4. Inspected and ensured workers followed safety guidelines on sites.
5. Reporting to the Project Manager regarding the work progress, material and
manpower required to expedite the work.
6. Attending weekly meetings with all department Engineers to ensure the work
progress.

1. Issuing tender invitations, following up, comparing prices, negotiating terms,
obtaining consultant & client approvals.
2. Negotiating and managing external and internal procurement and contracting
arrangements for all mechanical systems including but not limited to HVAC,
Firefighting, Pluming, Medical Gas system, etc.
3. Leading complex contractual negotiations.
4. Reviewing all quotations technically to verify adherence to project specifications
and requirements.
5. Managing invoices from generation to payment.
