I am working as a Sales Account Manager(Security Division) taking care Security & GRMS System at one of the renowned group of Oman OHI Group, having more than 10 Years of relevant sales experience in GCC region in electronic (i.e. CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, PIDS, Intercom etc.....) & physical security systems (i.e.Barriers, Speed Gates, Turnstile, Road Blocker, Bollards etc...) as well as Guest Room Management and Guest Room Lock.

Major Responsibilities included:

• Contracting and Corporate Sector Sales

• Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.

• Responsible for managing the sales team, pre-sales team and developing a business plan, covering sales revenue and expense controls and meeting agreed targets.

• Coordination with the principals companies for the better support, locking of project and highest level of discount.

• Generating a new lead and using an existing network of industry contact to generate a new business

• Attending a meeting with client.

• Coordinating and meeting/presentation to the consultant in order to convince for the product approval and also support them during design stage.

• Sales presentations to client (high level executive)

• Reviewing and approval of proposal, quotation, technical solutions including bidding to tenders

• Supervised any critical design and prepare costing, cost sheet and proposal.

• Negotiation and closing the deal with the best best payment terms for the profitability of the organization.

• Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.

• Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.

• Generate and maintain credible sales forecast and provide this information on a regular basis to the management

• Build, maintain and enhance customer relationships

. Proper billing on time and the payment followup if required.

• Act as a primary contact for customers to ensure high level of customer satisfaction

• Ensure complete customer satisfaction which should result from proficient design and honest commitment.
