Roles & Responsibility
- Acting on customer feedback & understanding their demands & their expectations
- Making customer complaint record & NC for CAPA
- Stablish quality SOP & manufacturing process which meets the client requirment CTP/CTQ
- Implement to improve quality process on the shop floor.
- Decision making on the base of data collection & the quality matrix
- To ensure final product quality with strong checkpoint parameter as per client requirment.
- Stationwise data collection for analysis & control
- Supplier visit plan for assesment to ensuare their process either meet our requirments & standards
- 5s Implementation & regular monitoring of the captain
- New quality concept deployment on the shop floor as per client requirment.
- To monitor the rejection trend each stage and departments & display on the notice board
- Manage the external audit & NC closures
- To keep the client complaint status & record for audit & quality improvement purpose
- To conduct sunrise meeting at daily basis to communicate the current issue.
Responsibility developing the product quality, Batch formation, Packaging material Quality & Process Control.
-Manage and monitor the quality of all finished products like: Mono ctn, Liner ctn & Fluted Ctn., to maintain the company’s high standard and meet the market requirements.
-Manage the work activities of quality Assurance Department to ensure that Q.C. technicians adhered to approved quality controls procedures.
- Coordinate with furnace Supervisor to ensure that the mixing procedure and the amount of ingredients based on formulae are strictly allowed.
- Manage inprocess work as per Client requirmrnt and give approval for processing WIP material.
- stablish safe working procedures in the area of responsibilities to keep the number of accident to the minimum or zero.
- Maintain the all reports for future refrence to fulfill audite requirement.
- Maintain sample level in sample room to ensure availability of sample any time for customers.
- Implement statically process control in quality assurance department.
- Manage and ensure ISO9001:2008, HACCAP, ISO22000 implementation.
-Improve quality culture in all department.
- Implement principles and tool to solve the management problems and help them to improve the company strategically.
