Responsible for all rigging Crane and various lifting equipments Control and maintain daily and weekly checklist for all lifting equipment. Ensure the Database for all lifting equipments and personnel certifications soft and hard copies are updated. Rigging management and Supervisory activities for the operation of the heavy equipment on site. Coordinate works to the Riggers and Crane Operators and assist to them for any lifting activities. Prepare Method statement, Rigging studies and Risk assessment for all heavy lifting operations. Prepare ground level and matting for set up the Crane. Conduct assessment of lifting operation to provide such planning, selection of Crane, lifting gear and equipment.
Supervision and coordination of yard personnel and sub contractors. Review and approve critical lifting plans and ensure their supervision. Prepare method statement, Rigging studies and Risk assessment for all lifting operations. Monitoring tool box talk before start the job. Daily controlling and directing manpower and equipment to load unload materials. Plan and coordinate the maintenance activities for Heavy Lifting equipment and Tools being used for operations, according to the project schedule. Conduct assessment of lifting operations for provide such planning, selection of crane, lifting gear and equipment. Coordinate with drilling Rigs and work over Rigs owned by Weatherford, Halliburton, Daquing petroleum and Schlumberger for supplying of OCTG materials for permanent Installation like Casing, Tubing Wellheads etc. Receiving and delivering of Generators, Containers and Manifold skid, flow line and gas line of pipe etc. Produce the Documents and materials issue ticket (MIT) each materials while dispatched out from the logistic base. Ensure all operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner and in compliance with British Petroleum (BP) policies and procedures. Coordinate with project manager and site in charge and warehouse for required stocks. Make a report for damage materials and prepare for re-inspection. Missing information, preparation and updating. Reviewing parts of all materials and checked for any damage of shipped items. Prepared status report of receiving items. Responsible of receiving and out going materials by checking materials packing list and status of materials. Maintain the inventory. Managing the quality of work performed.

Coordinating to all heavy lift Planning scheduling, Issuing work permit, providing lifting plan, Method statement, Risk assessment. Perform physical inspection of all incoming and outgoing handling, lifting and transportation equipment, both for company equipment and for equipment supplied by contractors, and verify load test certificates.
