Coordinate with drilling Rigs and work over Rigs owned by Weatherford, Halliburton, Daquing petroleum and Schlumberger for supplying of OCTG materials for permanent Installation like Casing, Tubing Wellheads etc. Receiving and delivering of Generators, Containers and Manifold skid, flow line and gas line of pipe etc. Produce the Documents and materials issue ticket (MIT) each materials while dispatched out from the logistic base. Ensure all operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner and in compliance with British Petroleum (BP) policies and procedures. Coordinate with project manager and site in charge and warehouse for required stocks. Make a report for damage materials and prepare for re-inspection. Missing information, preparation and updating. Reviewing parts of all materials and checked for any damage of shipped items. Prepared status report of receiving items. Responsible of receiving and out going materials by checking materials packing list and status of materials. Maintain the inventory. Managing the quality of work performed.
