JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Working with Symantec Later Cisco for their Project in SNOC Mobily in Riyadh KSA
•Delivering security operation support and assurance to Mobily and their Customers for security architecture including multi-vendor device infrastructure.
•Handling Security Device Log by log server and SIEM Solution (LOG LOGIC and ARC Site)
•Handling customer escalations, incidents, complex changes Troubleshooting.
•Prepare technical plans, Root cause analysis.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Working in 24*7 operations managing almost 200 Firewalls and managing daily activities.
•Managing the phone Calls, Mails Daily Queries of the Customer Related to SOC Operation.
•Managing all Firewall hardware (Different Vendor Platform i.e. Cisco, Juniper, Fort iGATE and Huawei) as well different OS Platform with Different Versions.
•Daily Monitoring All the Sys Log Messages related to the Firewall events. Taking Action on Critical syslog Messages.
•Up gradation and maintaining Software Versions of the Firewalls.
•Working with the TAC for all critical Issues related to Firewall Events.
•Performing Critical MDT Related to the firewall.
•Troubleshooting Users for their Firewall related issue.
•Managing and Maintaining Site to Site VPN troubleshooting with the Customers.
•Our Operation is based on Very Tight SLA.Maintaing All the SLA related to Different level of issue.
•Using the Remedy Tools for Maintaining and Managing daily Operation at different Level ie Change Management, Incident Management, MDT.
•Managing All the Network users Account related to access Network Devices for the whole Mobily at Different Level through Cisco ASA Servers.
•Using different tools for managing Daily Activities like Solar Winds, OSS, and Log Logic.
