Maximum utilization of belt to achieving the max utilization factor

Working as Asst. Manager - Maintenance in Jhajjar Power Ltd. (2 X 660 MW), since Sept-2012, Village Khanpur Tahsil Matenhail District Jhajjar Haryana - 124142 India.
Worked as Asst. Manager - Construction for erection & commissioning of Jhajjar Power Project. (2 X 660 MW) from Aug- 2012 to Aug-2010.
Was on probation period from Aug-2009 to July-2010 in Jhajjar Power Limited.
Jhajjar Power Limited is 100% subsidiary of CLP Holdings; a Hong Kong based Power Company which has set up a 660X2 MW Coal fired, supercritical thermal power plant for delivering power in Haryana.
Broad Nature of Duties are as follows:
Erection & Commissioning phase-
• Ensured proper grounding system for the whole plant area, mainly switchyard.
• Testing & commissioning of LT panels & switchgears.
• Inspection, Testing & commissioning of Motors installed in the plant by taking trial run test (with shaft decoupled & coupled both); & monitoring parameters like starting current, running current, bearing temperature(NDE/DE), motor body temperature, direction of rotation, RPM etc for smooth operation.
Maintenance phase-
1) Township Substation Maintenace
2) Canal Water Pump House Maintenance
3) Lighting & HVAC Maintenance with necessary design modification & implementation.
4) Procurement of Plant Consumables in SAP

Prior to above also worked as Graduate Engineer Trainee in Adecco Flexione Worforce Solutions Ltd for BSES Yamuna Power Ltd.(Discom company entrusted to distribute power in Central and East area of National Capital Territory of Delhi) in Meter Testing Laboratory.
Broad Nature of Duties are as follows:
1) Accuracy Check of energy meters.
2) Inspection of faulty/burnt meters for genuinity.
3) Inspection of tampered meters against theft & calculating percentage slowness of the energy meters to provide loss figure to the BSES comp
