Functional review of Job in Aura living:
1. Prepare, examine and assist Finance Manager for Financial accounting such as monthly Financial statements such as Balance sheet, Income Statement, and Cash flow statement.
2. Prepare, examine and assist Finance Manger for Management accounts such as Business plan, Forecasting, Budgeting and Liquidity & Performance position etc
3. Compile & prepare the necessary financial information for auditor and for Zakat certificate

7. Verifying and Posting invoices for landed cost Custom duties, Freight/shipping, demurrage, QC cost etc and allocated to concerned supplier's.
8. Prepare the schedule and posting of Accrual, Prepayment, Provision, month end closing and adjusting entries.
9. Prepare the depreciation schedule and maintain fixed assets books and record monthly entries.
10. Compile and Prepare the payment request by verifying documents, requesting disbursement and after consulting with Finance Manager release funds to Supplier's, Creditor's etc.
11. Monthly reconciliation of bank statement of accounts, supplier and creditor's ledger and make sure resolve the queries.
12. Develop, implement, modify the documents for recordkeeping and accounting system, making use of current computer technology, Establish chart of account, assign entries to proper accounts.
13. Prepare the weekly & monthly sales analysis report and compare with monthly target.
14. Analysis the All store daily KPI & sales report and investigate with ICG automated system. Check the reservation advance booking and pre-sales settlement.
15. Post the accounting of point of sales and calculate the GP on daily basis.
16. Point of sale: Verification and reconciliation of all store sales and cost on daily basis. Make the manual internal working for split bank charges, verified the sales form bank statement and launch POS claim of unclear funds .
