Review and interpret plans, blueprints, site layouts, specifications, and construction methods to ensure compliance to legal requirements and safety regulations.
Reviewing and checking of all work inspection reports (WIR) to ensure that all the previous activities are approved and the supporting documents are attached and commenting the current work status compliance with the specifications.
Carrying out inspection for sewer line network. (excavation, pipe laying (VCP, GRP), jointing, encasement, connection to manholes, backfilling, commissioning and testing)
Carrying out inspection for storm water network including catch basin connection to manholes. (excavation, pipe laying (GRP), jointing, encasement (if required), connection/lamination with manholes, backfilling, commissioning and testing)
Carrying out inspection for potable and irrigation water network. (layout, excavation compaction test, Pipe laying (using HDPE and DI pipes) different type of values installation, house connections to main line and irrigation risers, concrete encasement if required and backfilling)
Carrying out inspection for telecommunication network. (layout, excavation, compaction test, laying of pipe conduits, installation of hand holes and manholes, commissioning and testing)
Responsible for inspections at precast yard (inspection for precast sewer, storm, telecom, electrical lighting poles, electrical RMU and transformer foundation manholes, precast value chamber for potable and irrigation network, precast catch basin for storm network, precast inspection chambers and clean out chambers for sewer network, etc. )
Responsible for the inspection of all sewer, storm, irrigation and potable water pumping lift station in the project. (All related structural work)
Responsible for the inspection of all storm water retention pond in the project.
Responsible for the inspection of potable and irrigation water (RCC) reservoirs. (All related structural work)
Carrying out inspection for road embankment work, road bed, subgrade, base course, asphalt biding course and asphalt wearing course. Carrying out all required test.
Insuring, satisfactory completion of all sub surface activities prior to start laying of road layers.
Responsible for the inspection of precast and cast in situe electrical substations in the project.
Monitoring and surveillance on daily basis to ensure quality work and to inform the management regarding progress and pointing out the factors causing delay of work.

Implementation of civil works according to drawing, design and technical specifications.
Implementation of steel structures (trusses etc.) works as per design and specification.
Checking and verifying the IPC’s submitted by contractors
Preparing, checking & verifying Bar-bending Schedules
Making constructions material demands, as shown in drawings.
Ensure that all the construction work to be completed in stipulated period of time.
If there is any technical conclusions in drawings, discussing it with technical department or taking economic decisions as per site.
Supervision of all civil work like, “Earth work, concreting, steel fixing, form work fixing, brick work, plastering, steel structures erection etc.
Submitting daily, weekly and monthly construction reports to the R.E regarding overall constructions activities.

A project of schools construction and capacity building of contractors in which my responsibilities was as follows:
Educating contractors within their projects that how to execute civil/construction work according to Engineering standards.
To improve the technical skills of contractors so that they should enable to carry out the construction work according to the drawings design and technical specifications
Carrying out site survey and site layout
Preparing bar bending schedules for contractors
Training of man-power in their concern trade, i.e, steel fixing, form working fixing, masonry and concerting etc
Preparing construction materials demands for contractors
Maintaining quality and quantity of construction work according to the technical specifications
Dealing with consultants/monitoring team and make them satisfied from over all construction activity, so that the construction work should not be delayed
Making daily construction/progress reports and submitting to the project manager.

Responsible for all construction execution and related activities.
Making construction material demands, i.e. steel, form work, concrete, bricks, etc
Preparation of bar bending schedules from drawings and implement them at sites
Carrying out civil works according to drawing design and technical specifications, i.e. earth work, steel fixing, concerting, form work fixing, brick, plastering marble etc
Preparing check request and carrying out site inspections, i.e. form work and steel fixing prior concerting
Calculating as per drawing as per site quantities and submitting it to the QS department for preparing BOQ, then checking and verifying the bill and submitting that to the consultant for approval
Purchasing of small items from market as per site requirement
Arranging and choosing skilled person, i.e. masons, carpenters, scaffolders, and G / W for construction work

Responsible for to assigned different job task to company manpower and sub-contractor to achieve required goals in specific time plan.
Responsible for hiring skill manpower for different trades.
Responsible for to maintain all construction record in files.

A project of high rise towers in which my responsibilities was:

To execute the earth work & construction of, sub structure (pilling, raft foundations) super structure (columns, Beams and slabs), steel fixing, form work fixing, scaffolding, BB work as per drawing, design and specifications
Making check requests and submitting to the consultants
Carrying out inspection of overall construction activities with consultants
Keeping complete overall construction records
Checking and verifying sub-contractor bills
Submitting daily construction reports to the site manager
Discussing technical issues with site manager
