 Planning & budgeting of overall project

 Bid response planning (resource planning, program structure, cost estimation, program roadmap and delivery approach)
 Performance Management of complete GPON network
 Establishing cohesive Project and Implementation strategy across several stakeholder communities
 Managing project through all phases: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling & Closing.
 Developing relationships across groups and vendors to deliver comprehensive programs.
 Managing budgets and taking full responsibility in executing and controlling project.
 Leading virtual teams to reach common goals.
 Collaborating with others on projects and work across organizational boundaries to drive program results through Engineering, Operations, and Service Management teams.
 Establishing and managing the overall project governance structure and details.
 Ownership and management of project risks and issues.

 New Product Introduction and Integration in the Network.
 Product & Technical Support to Network Design & Network implementation.
 Conducts Product Testing and Authenticate Customer Solutions.
 Incorporating new designs in the network to increase the efficiency and performance
 Implementation and Testing of GPON as backhaul for LTE and 3G
 Coordinated all the activities of GPON integration with Core/MPLS Network
 Operation and maintenance and configuration of the GPON Network
 Testing, Commissioning and Integrations of GPON Equipment
