1- Lead and direct Civil and Building Engineers and distribute assignments.
2- Review Structural and Architectural shop drawings submitted by vendors.
3- Response and Clarify Technical Queries complying with Saudi Aramco standards.
4- Prepare scope alignments, material takeoff and mark-up drawings for change order requests.
5- Monitor and Control contractor schedule progress and daily activities reports.
6- Validate Construction drawings, scope of work & site assessment.
7- Review and Validate design basis, scope & drawings to prepare preventive & corrective orders in comply with Saudi Aramco Standards.
8- Review and Approve change orders completion against scope of work.
9- Review and Approve Structural and Architectural material approval.
10- Monitor and Control Contractor material delivery.
11- Coordinate with all concerned Saudi Aramco departments for pre-commissioning and commissioning.
12- Managing Civil and Building team for project closing activities.
13- Validate and Close Punch item lists to complete project closing phase.

Operation and Maintenance Contractor, Prince Mohamed bin Abdul-Aziz International Airport (Medina-KSA)

- Activities & Responsibilities :
1- Managing clients work orders for Civil & Architectural disciplines.
2- Prepare& Assign resources for material orders, Equipment& authorization for work execution.
3- Conduct daily inspection for Airport building and facilities.
4- Generate daily, weekly & monthly reports for works performance.
5- Managing manpower teams (masons, carpenters, steel fixers, painters & welders).

Turnkey Construction contractor, Ministry of Interior
King Abdullah Project for development of security centers (KAP-1).

- Activities & Responsibilities :
1- Managing and execution of project activities including all disciplines “Civil, Architectural, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC”.
2- Control and Direct electrical and mechanical teams.
3- Prepare work inspection requests.
4- Prepare material inspection requests.
5- Managing project team (Masons, painters, steel fixers, carpenters...etc.
