• internal auditor and the AML Liaison officer who connected directly with the
financial follow-up unit.
• monitor the returned checks value and the collection time.
• review the defaults risk by evaluating the collection department follow-ups.
• monitor the sales scales and the targets achievements to assure that the
company is walking toward achieving the yearly goals.
• analyze leasing portfolio and classify it in different ways (geographical, kinds of
customers, suppliers, cars type, amortization values, financing, leasing types) and
the gain or loss from leasing contracts, cars available for sale and the time need
to sell them, their break-even points, the pricing policies, etc.….
• check the customers documents and assure that its reflecting the right things
about his job, also check the PMA credit report which reflect the customer loans
and his returned checks, if he pays his obligations and dues or if he has any legal
issues now or in the past.
• search about the customer in the sanctions lists, UN, OFAC, Interpol and the
national lists, any other FATF lists, if the customer already listed, we decline the
whole application and send Suspicious Transaction Report (STR).
• updating all customers data yearly, so always knowing our customers and their
cash cycle and classify them in our system.
• evaluate the portfolio by using RISK BASED APPROCH in a very high-level
standards and try to minimize the risk to the lowest.
• classifying the customers depending on the cash turnover and their jobs and if
they are works in risky non-financial jobs (Lawer, gems seller, Gaz stations, Real
state dealers, auditors, political people, etc.…).
• Planning with the GM to get new finance ways through banks which have an
accepted conditions and the best finance costs.
• Build and create new leasing products that meets the clients needs and can get
the best income results.
• Help making the marketing plans for new products and monitor it with reports
and follow up with sales employees.
• Reviewing the Leasing application and make a credit decision which sent to the
GM of the company.
• Follow up with the clients to get their checks and leasing fees and assure that all
the leasing documents has been prepared and signed in the right way in order to
close the deal with customer.
• Follow up the operation department to assure that the operation process
accomplished (the Vehicle licensed, insurance and Vehicle lien).
• Sending the finance applications to banks and follow up with them daily till they
finance it and grand us loans.
• Monitor the finance limits balances, loan payments and the new contracts daily
and prepare reports to the GM.
• Make a decision of choosing which bank we will finance leasing contracts in to
get the best deal that maximize our revenues.
• Consolidate banks accounts daily and monitor the returned checks and contact
clients for collection.
• Prepare PMA leasing report monthly.
