• Provide telephone assistance to field engineers on standard issues and answer all telephone enquiries' in a professional manner.
• Trouble shooting of Link related problems, Internet related Queries, Bandwidth related (upload/download) problems of clients, Latency related Queries, IP and mask related Queries, Ping related Issues.
• To report to the management on a daily, weekly and a monthly basis about network performance and link outage events.
• 6th months Industrial Training Project Report: - Working on GSM ARCHITECTURE RAN. a) Call Flow, Call Termination, b) Message Flow c) B'number Analysis. • Training: The training included sight visit and classes by Engineers from Ericsson, who manage Ariel's Technical support and IBM who manage Ariel's network support. • Minor Project Work: 2 month training in Metropolitan Area Network from Tata Communication, New Delhi. • Major project Work: Anti Collision Robot (Obstacle Detector) in 7th semester.
